In-stock items will be sent out within 48-72 hours. Non-stock items will be sent out according to different processing times. You can check it from the product page. The time we are talking about is a working day and may be delayed if we encounter holidays.

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

We will ship out the item according to your requests, you can receive this item within 21 days. 

How can I track my order?

As to the order status and shipping information of your package, you can refer to “My Account” on our website. When you click the “View Detail” button, there is a column called Order Tracking, where you can view all the detailed information about your order.
